Here's what you get
Range cooker valet is a professional deep clean and valet of your range cooker. We’ll remove all traces of burnt-on carbon, grease and fat, as well as provide a full safety and operational test to improve efficiency and performance.

How the service works
On the day before your appointment
We will remind you of your appointment either by phone, email or text - you can choose how you would prefer us to get in contact.
On the day of your appointment
- The engineer will call to confirm and advise of an estimated arrival time.
- On arrival we will discuss your requirements and will assess the range cooker.
- We’ll carry out the functional and safety checks and record the details on the job sheet.
- We’ll obtain a sign-off of the above.
- We’ll then start the service.
- Once complete, we’ll take you through what has been done and leave you with a copy of the job sheet.
Terms and Conditions
- You are buying a valet service; not a repair service. If during the functional and safety checks, we find that you need a new part or repair, we’ll make a recommendation and provide a quote for the work.
- Sometimes we’ll need to leave the product on in order to complete the service. This is perfectly normal and just allows for the cleaning process to be completed.
- Please ensure that the appliance is in a fit state for our engineer to carry out the valet in advance of their arrival. The cooker must be cool enough for cleaning prior to the visit.
- We reserve the right not to valet a product if on inspection the product is found unsuitable for such a service.
- The price of purchase covers one appliance.
