Our fixed price laptop repair includes the cost of collecting your laptop, the cost of all labour and the cost of all parts required to get your laptop working. The TechGuys' fixed price laptop repairs are ideal, as you know exactly what you'll be paying, with no hidden charges. And, once your laptop repair has been completed, it will be delivered back to your home or the store if you opted to buy the repair service from there.
Here's how it works
- We'll recommend a solution and advise if the laptop can be fixed or not.
- We'll arrange for your laptop to be collected and sent to our workshop to commence the repair.
- Once repaired, we'll contact you and arrange for your laptop to be returned to your home or collected from the store (If service purchased in store).
- We will give you a full Service Report and confirm the work that was completed.
- If we can't repair your laptop we will refund your money - No Fix, No Fee, guaranteed.

Exceptions:
- This service is not available on Dell, Acer, Apple, Gateway, Evesham, Asus, IBM, or NEC
- If the cost of the parts required exceeds £500 (retail) we will inform you and have your unit returned, we will also refund your money
- If the repair is likely to take longer than 28 days, we will arrange for your unit to be returned to you and we will refund your money, most repairs are completed within this time
- Liquid damage or physical damage to the screen or case
- Battery (faulty or damaged)
