Our fixed price laptop repair includes the cost of collecting your laptop, the cost of all labour and the cost of all parts required to get your laptop working. The TechGuys' fixed price laptop repairs are ideal, as you know exactly what you’ll be paying, with no hidden charges. Once your laptop repair has been completed, it will be delivered back to the store for you to collect.
We will diagnose the faults and repair your laptop. There are no hidden or extra charges and if we can’t fix it, we won’t charge you. This service is available on all HP, Compaq, E machines, EI Systems, Advent, Packard Bell, Acer, Sony, Toshiba, Fujitsu, Samsung and Philips laptops bought in the UK.
Fixed price laptop repairs do not cover damaged cases or liquid spillages on or in the unit.

- Explain the symptoms to us and we’ll diagnose the problem.
- We will recommend a solution and confirm the cost.
- We are now able to repair damaged screens on laptops (subject to availability).
- We’ll arrange for your laptop to be collected and sent to our workshop to commence the repair.
- We will contact you when your laptop is ready to be collected from the store.
- We will give you a full Service Report when you come to collect and confirm the work completed.
- We will answer any questions you may have regarding the laptop repair.
- If we can’t repair your laptop we will refund your money - No Fix No Fee.
