One of our fully qualified TechGuys will come to your home, diagnose the fault and fix your computer. There are no extra or hidden charges. If we can’t repair it for any reason then you will not be charged. This service is available for all PCs bought in the UK excluding Dell computers.

2. Here's how it works...
  1. Call us on 08456 024 024.
  2. We'll ask you the make and model of your PC and the symptoms of your PC.
  3. Arrange a home visit within 2 working days, subject to parts availability.
  4. Your TechGuy will phone you on the day of your repair to confirm the time of arrival. 
  5. We will diagnose the problem and let you know how long it will take to repair.
  1. We will give you a full service report when complete.
  2. We will answer any questions you have.
  3. You can enjoy your PC with a new lease of life.
