Simply choose from a range of tasks that you want your TechGuy to do, and he/she will go to your home or office and run through them. It’s that easy. Don’t get caught up in complicated and time-consuming IT jobs let your very own TechGuy do it quickly and professionally, leaving you to get on with your business.

Choose from one of the following services:
- Recommendations to improve I.T. within your business, or
- Software solutions e.g. installing and configuring Microsoft Office, Antivirus Software etc, or,
- Advice and assistance in Data Backup, Data Transfer and Internet Security, or,
- Advice and assistance in setting up Wireless Network security, or,
- Scan only Healthcheck and Virus Scan to improve your PC’s performance, or,
- General trouble-shooting for Windows based operating systems, or,
- Training and advice to support your business needs
One of our consultants will ensure that it meets yours needs and book the service
You will be called before 9am on the day of the service to confirm the expected arrival time
On arrival your TechGuy will explain what they will be doing and when it will be completed
Once the service is completed we will also take you through a demonstration and talk you through the work we have done

Within 30 minutes of your TechGuy arriving we will advise you if the job is likely to take longer than the amount of time purchased and the extra costs that might be involved
Advice on issues like Data Backup and Data Transfer and what the best solutions are available
Show you how to make automatic backups using Windows Vista® to keep your data safe
Payment for additional time can be made directly with the TechGuy removing the need for a return visit
Set up Wireless Network Security using the highest level of encryption available on your router
Healthcheck your Business PC’s to ensure they are running to their best performance
Repair and recover software issues

Please note, these are not included in the service:

Supply of parts to repair a broken machine. If a PC needs a repair, we will advise you to take it to your nearest PC World store
Work on Linux or other non Windows Operating systems
Work on operating systems earlier than Windows XP is on a ‘best endeavours’ basis as they are no longer supported by Microsoft
Software repairs can only be completed on fully licensed versions and may require the original disks or recovery media
