Your TechGuy can install a compatible upgrade into your PC whether it’s more RAM, a new hard drive or anything else. Upgrades can give tired PCs a new lease of life and improve productivity for the user. This simple and easy service can help improve the running of your business in almost no time at all.

1. Here's what you'll get...
  1. The service is carried out in your business premises
  2. Call us to arrange an appointment for our TechGuy to visit
  3. The upgrade includes installing extra memory, external hard drive, sound or video card*
  4. We will un-box and check the contents of the upgrade
  5. We will check the suitability and the configuration
  6. We will install any drivers and software provided with the upgrade
  7. We will test the upgrade to ensure it is working correctly
  8. We will give you a detailed service report when the installation is completed
  9. We will give you a full demonstration and answer any questions you may have

Step 2 - What's included?
  • A qualified engineer to install your upgrades
  • Un-boxing and checking of the contents of the upgrade
  • Fitting of all upgrades purchased into one PC
  • Check suitability and possible hardware compatibility issues
  • Installation and configuration of the upgrade or peripheral
  • Installation of any software provided with the upgrade
  • Testing of the upgrade or peripheral to ensure that it is working correctly
Please note, these are not included in the service:
  • Apple computer equipment and operating systems
  • The cost of the upgrade or peripheral
  • Installation of software other than the software provided with the upgrade
  • Backup of existing data to protect vital files (this is the responsibility of the client)
  • Installation of products that are not purchased from DSGi Plc
  • In the unlikely event that there are incompatible conflicts with the new upgrade the machine will be returned to its original specification
  • Excludes some network-orientated products, such as NATs, routers & switches etc.
